The lovely Serendipity II Villa features two storeys , a lower ground floor and an independent guest house! The size of the Villa is approximately 145 m² whereas the private swimming pool, the gardens and the surrounding area are reaching up to 1.500 m².
The Serendipity II Villa with amazing view to the sea has 4 bedrooms plus a sofa bed and a separated guest house, 5 bathrooms and a WC, and can accommodate up to 9-10 people! At the gardens you will find a private swimming pool, a big BBQ area and a private parking area.
