Villa Kalliroe is in the west part of Greece, 220 km from Athens. 30 km from Patras, 15 km from Nafpaktos and 30 nm from Ionian islands by the sea.
The Villa "kisses" the sea in a quiet small gulf, built in 2005 in a field of 2000 sqm .Villa is a private property, fully furnished and tastefully decorated. Excellent sea view in front, excellent mountain view in back. This combination of sea and mountain gives a dry and very pleasure climate.
The sea is just 5 meters from front yard's limit. Front yard is 700 sqm with grass, as well as barbeque facilities with dining place for more than twenty people.
