The property consists of three internally connected stone buildings and includes the Main Villa (sleeping 6) and the Guest Villa (sleeping 2), each with its own independent entrance, spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, and en-suite bedrooms, offering both privacy and easy flow throughout the property. Perched on the gentle slopes of a hill, it offers panoramic, postcard-like views of the Messinian Sea and the surrounding landscape. With its private infinity pool, elegant alfresco spaces, and refined interiors of minimal, natural design, the villa blends comfort and style in perfect harmony. Located just 4 km (approximately 5 minutes by car) from the picturesque village of Kardamyli.
