Villa Nefeli was built in 1800 and renovated in 2017. It is a traditional old stone-built house located in the countryside of Ano Manna 5 km from Syros Town (Hermoupolis) and 5-10 minutes from the beaches. The renovation was made with great care and attention in order to keep the original style intact and maintain the special character of the building. You will be charmed immediately by its impressive architecture which is unique in Cyclades. The access is very easy as it is next to the main road. The entrance, leads into the dining room. On the ground floor you can also find a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, a bathroom and a bedroom with double bed. On the first floor are located the second living room with a sofa that transforms to double bed easily and 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. One with double bed and one with two single beds. From this level you have access to the large veranda were the view is ecstatic. Our house can easily accommodate 8 guests in a cozy atmosphere that drives from the combination of wood and stone.

There is a smaller building at the back of the villa that hosts our amazing indoor hot tub/pool which can be used all year around, the private gym and a bathroom with shower. Right next to the guest house, our guests can enjoy the built barbeque, the table tennis and the outdoor dining area.

The 2.5 acres garden is impressive. It is full of trees, bougainvilleas, hibiscus and other flowers. The fence can assure the safety of the playground, the trampoline and the wooden house for the children and at the same time a private place for the parents or the elders who want to read a book, enjoy the nature or simply relax under the trees and the summer breeze. The imposing building with the great history and the beautiful garden transports visitors to another era creating a unique feeling. The view is exceptional, as it is found in the brow of a slope that dominates in the Cycladic landscape. Here you can also find the barbeque area and the open parking.

Our guests have many activities to engage in, such as bicycle riding, hiking, scuba diving, wind surfing, swimming as well as going on trips all over the island, walking in the narrow streets of Ano Syros, sightseeing, joining cultural festivals. It is ideal for families with children, pets and elderly people. The ideal location for quiet and relaxing holidays where you can enjoy sunshine, nature and the warm Greek hospitality and culture!
