Recently built, stone Villa Thalia is a three- storey blend in the environment stone house. It is very cool in the summer and very warm in the wintertime. It has all sorts of natural air-conditioning, ventilation systems and fans if needed.
A floor - mounted electrical air-conditioning machine can also be provided in the unlikely event it is requested.
